For some reason it seems to me that many South American players have an OCD trait about having a massive tounge on their boots and if the boot isn't made with one they will find a way to still turn it in to a missive tounge.

Just thinik of all the lower end brand South American shoes we have all talked about and posted picture of, how many of them that were not ripping off Nike and Lotto models had a massive stupid looking tounge?

yeah.. i also dislike the long tounge on the vapor .. even tho i pretty much total dislike the vapors... look better normal.

adidas tongues are different i believe the suit the adidas boots

Vapors arent designed to have a flap over tongue though. They are designed to give you a maximum feel of the ball. So whats the point of doing that.

I used to wear preds all the time and part of the thing that attracted me to them was the tongue. And i always had to have it flapped over right to the end of my boot. But to be honest i love not having a tongue on the vapors now. I can feel all of the ball and i think get a cleaner strike.

Oh yeah has anyone else noticed how small his feel are in that 2nd pic?!! :-P
