I need help bad.....I just got the AZT III's and it's extremely difficult to keep the ball on he ground for me when I shoot. Is anyone else having this problem?
Before these I had preds and I kee getting under the ball with the azt's. It's really annoying. I can't even put the ball on goal anymore. Today at practice I shot 5 times shanking all and hitting the post once. Help please..... Thanks

your technique is off, no boots will affect your shooting...it's your body shape that's off

it has nothing to do with the boots.
it has nothing to do with the ground
it has nothing to do with the weather
it's all in the technique

I got total 90 III's about 6 weeks ago and have played 9 games in them, and my shots and passes have been fine...its your technique

If you have been wearing preds then the AZT have a completely different feel to them. So you just need to get used to wearing them and playing in them. Make sure you wear them in. But at the end of the day its still your feet inside the boots that were scoring all your goals before. So maybe you are just having a bit of an off time at the minute.

Shoes definatly have different characteristics. I shoot a lot differently with my pulses than I did with my f50s. They're just a little thiner and have different pressure points. You'll get used to them.

Agree, all shoes will feel different from the next pair... and true they can effect how you strike the ball, but it's not the shoe itself. It's how you personally feel striking the ball with a certain shoe.
You could give me a pair of cheap synthetic adidas pulsado shoes and I could still strike a ball just as good as I could witha pair of AZT II. It just might not feel as clean or solid as a true leather shoe would feel.
the moral of the story is FIX YOUR TECHNIQUE MATE :D

The only pair of boots which I had difficultly 'adjusting' my shooting or passing to was when I switched from AZT 2 to Puma KSL. It was because the front of the boots is 'flatter'. I am sure someone else mentioned this but really, after a game or 2 there's no more excuse.
IMO the AZT range don't really have too weird a physical profile so shouldn't present you with a hard adjusting period, unless your previous boots are really odd!
