Well apart from winning the Champions league, they weren't much better than United last season. Man Utd got to the semi final, both finished 3rd.
Past points obviously count, otherwise Valencia would be above Real Madrid and Man Utd.
Valencia and Arsenal should be tied, but not qualifying for the CL last season has taken away a lot of Valencias points.

Club America should be nowhere near as high as they are. A joke, worse than the Fifa national ratings. Club America blows, I doubt they would beat any team on that list.

At this point in time I believe Valencia would tear ManU a new one. But if you're counting past results, then maybe you can justify these rankings. All I have to say is Celtic is higher than Feyenoord?
