Has anyone got or tried on these boots?

I've got the Mizuno Wave Cup Rivaldos and they're by far the best boots I've ever worn.

I was wondering if the Morelia Waves are the same fit, weight and quality as the Rivaldos?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Unfortunately here in Australia Mizuno's are a rarity so I'm unable to try them on.

Gino it's nice to see you around here again, from everything I gather the new waves fit about the same as the Rivaldos, they look like really nice boots. they had been out in Japan for some time before this seasons release across Europe, I like the black model a little more than the white though.

I'm getting a pair of Morelia Waves from PDS in the post soon. Anyone know what they are like to play with or what they are like compared to Predator Manias or World cups. I know that the Morelia Waves are 220g each compared to the FG Rivaldo Waves being 200g, however the SG Rivaldos are 220g. And PDS is the best place to personalise boots.

As I see, the Mizuno Morelia Wave has one advantage over the Mizuno Wave Cup, it's the external heel counter.

The soleplate has the same properties as the older model, however has a different shape and appearance. The FG and SG stud and bade formations are also different and there is velcro for the tongue apart from this there is not much else different. Are there any other coulorways for Wave Cups or Morelia Waves other than Pearl?

Hey speedyturtle4 be sure to let us know how the Wave Morelias are in the flesh.

Also I would appreciate some info regarding the heel softness of the Wave Morelia. My heels are a bit spurred so I have to be careful with my boot selection. The Wave Cups I own haven't given me one blister as they're incredibly soft in the heel section. Was thinking about getting the Wave Morelias but I need to know if the rear part is anywhere near as soft s the Rivaldos...

Yeh you're right Jc18star the black version does look better, they would also probably be easier to maintain as my Rivaldos look 10 years old even after a good spit and shine...
