What a bunch of Bull!
It was the Europeans (Germany) that were supplying the chemicals for a while, I dont see anyone holding them accountable!
Saddam has enough to answer for, these pencil pushing organizations in DC should find something more useful to do and use thier efforts and budget for more useful projects that will actually lead to something.
