Damn! I was reading this thread backwards and thought I had the oldest jersey. I have a Hamburg '81 jersey. This was an awesome team. 7 of its' players were on the national team. I have to dig it out of a box on the porch every time the Salvation Army comes around. Women......
I, also, have this '80 Diego Maradona hanging thing-a-ma-chig - triangle shaped. He was playing for Boca Juniors in a game versus the Juniors team from Mexico, help me here folks. Hugo Sanchez represented the Mexican team. Maradona was a teenager and it calls him the million dollar man. I think he had a three million dollar contract, which was unheard of then.

First time I've ever done this, but I'm putting a selection of my kit/jersey collection up on-line for bidding through Ebay!
These kits/jersies date back some ten years on some items, are for the most part in excellent condition, and featured lower-division clubs from England. Included is a match-worn kit from a English Non-League club, as well as a kit from Australia for a club that doesn't exist anymore.
Feel free to check out the auctions here:

"Caley Thistle..interesting..."
It was a weak moment, but the people at the Caly club shop whom I bought it from were some of the most pleasant people I've ever spoken to.

I have a game worn Stirling Albion jersey from the season I sponsored Ian Joy, who was there for a couple of weeks
Couldn't do anything with it for over a year because it smelled horrible.
When we moved I dropped it in a bag with two bounces and now it smells great.

Seems Joy has played just about everywhere.
I'll say this much, the Stirling Albion kit may be valuable, but I'd never trade my vintage New Orleans Riverboat Gamblers Shane Jeanfreau match-kit for it ;-)

Of course I've got a shirt from every season in my collection, or so I think.

"Is that the Umbro model? I have a Nigel Davidson #2 shirt in the blue. Its beautiful."
It is: all white with a collar, has the numbers stiched in heavy black & red nylon on the back, USISL 10th Anniversary patch on one sleeve, Lousiana CabelTel sponsor patch on the other, fully-embroidered Gambler's logo...
It is beautiful.
Hopefully the Revolution will get a half-decent kit next season, and hopefully one they can actually make available to sell. Umbro's out from what I've heard, Reebok perhaps getting back into the fold.

I may have one of those somewhere as well. I must have missed Umbro coming in, but it would make sense for Reebok to make that happen.
