Hello collectors
I was amazed at the collections of jerseys that appeared on this site. My partners and I began in much the same way. After a decade of directing THE lNTERNATIONAL SOCCER ARCHIVES we felt that we had run our course.
With little support in this country and from the MLS "genius" marketeers (sic) we had put the museum into mothballs.
However, in reading the enthusiasm of this forum, We are musing over the prospects of taking the collection on the road to "a STADIUM NEAR YOU".
The modest collection contains over 200 game used artifacts including jerseys, gloves, armbands, shoes and shorts.
There are additional historical items depicted in programs, pins, tickets, photos and oddities.
Many one of a kind artifacts included player medals, autographs and personal letters.
(authentic items from Baggio, Laudrup, Dunga, Harkes, Friedel, Rikjaard, Valderrrama, Matthews, Best, Seaman, Zico, Moore, plus many more)
We would be interested in hearing your opinions on this idea and your input on what you would like to see.
Thanks ... and happy collecting - enjoy your soccer.

Thanks for the positive responses ....
The replies here and through e-mail have been a great suprise. There was (at one time) a wonderful web site and we are looking at reviving it.
Keep the ideas coming ... what you collect, what you want to see ...
We began as soccer fans who traded items ... talked about the game for hours .. and traveled anywhere to see a match.
anyone have 2003 MLS pocket skeds ?
good luck in collecting !

Yea, the 1996 Metros jersey XL fits me fine.... the 2003 Metros jersey XL don't quite make it.... Shouldn't a size XL remain constant ????

Hello.
A subject right in my wheelhouse.
I currently own 126 soccer jerseys. The vast majority of them are official replicas, although I do have a smattering of player issue and game-worn jerseys. Almost all of them are pro club jerseys. I would be happy to list them if anyone has any interest.
My goal is to own a club jersey from the top league of every country recognised by FIFA.
My most glaring hole in the collection is the almost total lack of club jerseys from Africa, excluding South Africa. If anyone has any, I do have a handful of jerseys I'd be willing to trade. I would also be willing to pay for them.
Other areas of interest are the Middle East, Eastern European, and Asian. I have a smattering from these regions, but need more.
Taking the words of Jay Stewart to heart... "Let's Make A Deal!", I remain
That little old jersey collector

Hi uhclem,
I would be very interested in the list of your collection including which are replica and which are game-worn.
I agree that African jerseys are a challenge. As i only collect origianl shirts.
I have one from Nigeria and one from Cameroon. I am attempting to find an original Egypt, Morroco and South Africa.

Right now I'm waiting for my McBride #8 3rd Fulham jersey from Subside and Eurosport's horrible numbering of Sanneh #20 on a Nurnberg jersey to arrive. So those 2 can be added to my list.
