Another tough fixture where we could easily drop points if we're not careful. I think this is the game where we finally see Duff get a start, and I think he'll put at least one on Drogba's head. Unfortunately, I wouldn't be at all surprised if JFH exacted some revenge on JM.
3-2 to us.

I seriously doubt that Duff will start(though hope otherwise), will see basically the same 11, only question is Carv. or Gallas & perhaps Kez instead of Gud. Hopefully Duff gets at least 30-45 in the 2nd half. I think we finish better, 3-0 Chelsea.

I always hope or think Duff will start so this time i will just go out and say...NO way he starts.

Part of me wants to see what Kezman could do playing 90 minutes in Drogba's spot, but I know we will not see that.
Lets really hope the scoring drought ends no matter who plays...we need to win 3-0

i think two goaless draws shows that the gaffer needs to switch something up:

Duff to start.

2-1 us. I do not see us letting in more than 1 goal. I'm guessing Gallas starts this one.

We've been patient. We're waiting for some goals now. The Levy to break. The Floodgates to open. Duff to start would be nice, what he adds to the game, is crosses, lots of bloody crosses and that Drogba lad is pretty decent in the air. I'd drop Tiago for the Duff-er and keep the rest of the team the same (for now).
will that weaken us defensivley? I don't think so, Duff and Cole both track back and tackle and hussle imo. Maybe not box-2-box, but I haven't seen much offensive play from the Tiago lad in the games he's been in. Against Sperz he was a passenger.

Saturday morning - can't wait - what time? 7.15 or 7.45?

You've got it backwards its not a matter of getting up earlier, its a matter of going to bed later, plus that way you get to see double Chelsea matches for the same price and everyone around you lookes better, the both of them.

My thoughts exactly.
The big question is, of course, will Mourinho get down off his horse and do something, or persist with his current tactics?

Yeah, give him his dues, best defense in the league.
But, we've stopped winning games.

build up story here. (http://skysports.planetfootball.com/list.asp?hlid=227478&cpid=8&CLID=8&lid=&title=Middlesbro+v+Chelsea+preview)

The failure to score in the recent games could see both Damien Duff and Mateja Kezman brought into the line-up, with Eidur Gudjohnsen, Joe Cole and Tiago all sweating on their places.
so you could say duffer's has a very good cance to start and......

Dutch winger Arjen Robben is the only certain non-starter due to his injury problems, while Italian keeper Carlo Cudicini has only this week returned to training.
look's like he's still carrying a knock :(
