He's 35, but there still isnt another Gunner I enjoy watching more than Dennis. YES, even more than Thierry "the god" Henry. Anyone agree? Disagree?
5 games into what looks like an amazing season in the works, its time to debate which Gunner is the most enjoyable to watch.

You might be surprised... or you might be right. But you remain a prick with nice avatars.

DB gets lots of love on the boards and rightfully so! I am never against another thread praising him!

I noticed the other week they were calling him "the Maestro." Have I been brain-farting and missed this before or is it a new thing?

For a guy who wasn't even supposed to be back this year - he's really showed his worth. I hope that he continues on for the last season at Highbury. We'll see how things go for the rest of the year.
He's awesome.

Dennis has been inspiring. His play against Fulham was below his standard, however. I hope he keeps this up through the spring. He's one of my all-time favorites.
Dennis, Theirry, Jose--all amazing.
Perhaps not as appreciated is Ljungberg. Hasn't Freddie been playing tremendously lately? It picked up for him during Euro2004. He is so free in his game that he's everything but a holding midfielder or center-back. If he's trying extra hard to keep Pennant off the pitch, then it's working. To be cynical for a moment, is he up for a new contract soon?
Whatever the reason for his form, I enjoy watching him play and think (the hated) Real Madrid could do lot worse than signing FL8. For instance, Michael Owen. (Bada Bing!) So, may it never happen. I like watching his cunning and high-energy style of play.

Man to tell you the truth Dennis is looking great it will be hard to pull him out he's looked the freshest out of the bunch and the crosses are nothing short of amazing....Wenger knows what he is doing and I am glad he is the coach. But we would be hurting w/o Dennis even more so than w/o Henry or Reyes. I shudder to think what might have happened if he didn't come right back and score against Middlesbrough a few games ago. His experience is key, he is unflappable and yes Dennis is King....But I still got love for the rest of Arsenal it's just that Dennis at this point is the most important. Anyone agree/disagree??? Thank ya now!! Roscoe

I love DB as I've said on many a thread but I am concerned that we seem to be overworking him a bit. I'd like to keep him a bit more fresh by spacing out his starts across the season. I certainly would've started him for the PSV game but why couldn't we rest him or sub him in in the league game? Don't get me wrong he was huge in that game.

I would bet money Dennis requested a start against his old rivals. He loves to play in Holland.
Back on subject...Dennis is THE reason I am a football junky. I was bummed a couple of seasons back because he wasn't playing at his standard but last year and the biginning of this campaign he has been nothing short of amazing.
Plus, he has inspired me to pick up my own 'old man' game a notch. We can only last so long out there against the approaching youth of tomorrow.
