Vietnam Vet: I Lied About Atrocities
Wednesday, September 15, 2004
WASHINGTON — A veteran who testified to John Kerry about atrocities he committed in the Vietnam War is now claiming that the Democratic presidential candidate coerced him to tell tales. Steven Pitkin, an Army combat veteran, told FOX News that Kerry coached him and others to say they had witnessed war crimes, even after Pitkin told Kerry that he had not. "Before they started the camera, they told me, 'We need you to speak about the atrocities that happened over there.' The whole company line that I initially came out and said, I was coached to say that over and over again," Pitkin said.

Let me take a ITNesque stab at this one.

McCrackfiend, were there, or were there not, war crimes committed by US troops in Vietnam? Was there, or was there not a push through the US military from Top-Down for a "Body Count"?
Answer those two questions...
Now, where was George Bush during Vietnam?
Where was Dick Cheney during Vietnam?
Where was John Kerry during Vietnam?
Was Vietnam a war that the US needed to fight?
Why is there an argument? John Kerry did those idiots a favor by rallying against that mess of a war.
What are you trying to suggest to us?

I wish they would cut it out with all this crap. Neither what Bush did nor what Kerry did 30 years ago is really relevant to the future of the country and the world.

The campaign hasn't started yet. Frightening, isn't it?

First of all, that's not what we're talking about at the moment. And secondly, do you have any evidence that Kerry or his campaign had anything to do with CBS's forged documents? If you don't then please just shut the ******** up.
