I was at Fulham V Arsenal today and we had no minutes silence, Given what happened in Russia last week and given that it's the anniversary of the Twin towers falling wouldn't you have thought the FA woould have organised something? Not a criticism just an observation.

There was also no minute silence at Elland Road. I was wondering about that as well. There was up to last season though.

We had a minutes silence today at St James' for both what happened in Beslan and the 3rd anniversary for 9/11. I thought it would have be observed at all matches yesterday.

Apparently two pillock Fulham fans did pay tribute to Carlos Bocanegra yesterday by extending their arms out to their sides like airplanes. Very classy.

Pretty sure there was a minute of silence during the West Ham and Sheffield match.

the minutes silence thing, no offence, but you can't do it forever, and where do you draw the line? if you have one every week for something they become meaningless.

There were English people in the twin towers as well you pillock, sometimes if you've got nothing to say, it's better to say nothing

And there are English people who died in Iraq, and possibly the famine crisis in Sudan, but you dont get to hear about it because its not in the richest country in the world.
We paid respect in 2002, and probably will do in 2011, but to do it every year is pointless imo.

That was directed at Bergkamp's fear of flying.
