The Soccer Show lads mentioned that DC United may have interest in Joey Worthen - left-sided midfielder/defender with the Richmond Kickers. I imagine that DCU could acquire him via loan (similar to LA did with Alan Gordon) for the rest of the year to see if they want to give him a low $ contract next year - rosters are final at the end of September so there is time to trial him and others like perhaps Sumed Ibrahim.
