I know Bush has been criticized for not holding press conferences. Any ideas as to why Kerry is being quite? Or is this just a bellyaching press?

Actually, it's just a columnist at the Washington Times (DC's most ignored paper).

Does this guy not understand the difference between giving press conferences as a presidential candidate and as president?

Kerry switches positions on issues so much it turns out to be a real problem briefing the media => therefore the KerryCo. Campaign has prepared flip/flop issue briefs that can be disseminated based on the candidates current position on any issue, and press conferences really are not necessary!

Here's a hint--if it takes more than two lines of text to get your 'joke' across, it isn't witty OR funny.+

I'd like to see one question asked:

When will you sign the SF 186?

(along those lines, others may ask for the couple's tax return to be produced, and his medical records as well...)
