Leroy Lita is having a storming start to the season. He has scored 5 goals in 6 league games and is looking very lively around the box. His alround play has been great too, a massive improvement on last year!
The lad is still only 19 and looks to have so much potential as a goalscorer.
I'm personally delighted because he has made me look like a total monkey - because I told any one that would listen that I thought he was rubbish and needed more time in the academy side.
Who else deserves a mention?

I'll bet heavily that Darren Bent will be in the Premiership by next summer, either having won promotion with Ipswich or signed by another club. Charlton had a 3 million bid turned down for him right before the transfer deadline, but it's only a matter of time before someone comes in at the right moment with the right money. He's the brightest striker prospect in the Championship for me by a mile, bags of pace, skill and a goalscorer.

Baines looks a decent prospect - I watched the U21's and thought he dod well. do you think he needs to work on his distribution?
