Both us and Coventry have had £250,000 bids accepts for former Columbus Crew player Stern John.

I think he'll probably end up going to Coventry, but i do really hope we get him.

i hope we get him cause itd be better than the ******** we currently have for strikers...

we need to sign three new strikers and release ricketts, joachim and deane (who will probably just die anyways before we get the chance, but, either fills the need)

I've loved Stern John since his days in the MLS despite him playing for Columbus. But I've never felt he was good enough to cut it in the premeirship.

Good move by Leeds at this point to recognize that the choices up front aren't working and to try to remedy the situation.

looks like Stern is going to go back to Forest. Too bad, we really could have used him.

And it looks like Johnson will be on loan at Sunderland for the next month. Why would we want to give strikers away at a time like this?

Maybe he'll pull a Reyna and come to Leeds still, but i seriously doubt it.
