Received One United membership packet finally (one month late).
Letter inside says the following:
"Welcome to One United and your official member's welcome pack.
Because you may have bought multiple tickets to watch Manchester United play in the ChampionsWorld Series, you are entitled to the same number of memberships. We have only sent you one welcome pack as we don't have the name and address details of who you would like the remaining memberships to be allocated to.
If you contact us with these details we can get the rest of the membership cards personalised and get them sent out to the other people you bought tickets for and then they will also receive the rest of the membership communications throughout the season.
So give us a call now on (800) 380-2995 and let us know the full name and full address of the other people who you would like your remaining memberships to go to and we can send on the benefits."

Well, my buddy who also joined and attended games this summer calls because he also got the letter. He tries to sign up his brother-in-law. It turns out the letter was a lie. They won't honor it. They tell him the letter is "misleading." It seems pretty clear to me.
He continues to press but they will not honor it. They finally say give us your name and someone will call you.
ChampionsWorld sucks. They should pay for this crap.
