He is the captain of his team, an offensive midfielder right footed.
He's very impressive so far this season.He is on loan from Ajax.

He is property of Ajax one of the better teams in Europe. I found a Ajax forum that had a long discussion on him but it was all in Dutch so I couldn't figure out what they were saying.

I meant a move from the belgium area....back to ajax (they are known to own the rights of many youngsters to deal with) Romario was once part of that club.

Is like the colombian Kids that own by river plate.....the idea is to see them on the top fly liga.

In the 1st game of the belgian championship, GBA (Cruz'club) beat AA Gent 1-0.

There has been a complain by AA Gent stating that Daniel Cruz doesn't have his Work permit and also a valid resident card.

It's all now into the hand of the Belgian Football Union.

I'll let u know what will be the verdict.

El equipo de La Gantoise puso una queja contra el GBA por alinear al jugador colombiano :o en la jornada inaugural del campeonato de la primera división el pasado 7 de agosto, en la que el GBA se impuso por 0-1.

Si bien Cruz poseía una licencia de jugador de la Unión Belga de Fútbol, en el momento no tenía ni permiso de trabajo, ni de estadía en Bélgica.

Durante la audiencia sobre el caso del jugador, representantes de La Gantoise argumentaron que Cruz fue alineado con una licencia adquirida de manera fraudulenta.

En efecto, la licencia se puede conceder a un jugador no europeo solamente si tiene en regla su situación de trabajo y de estadía.

De parte del GBA, los representantes del club sostienen que los reglamentos federales señalan que la única condición necesaria y suficiente para alinear a un jugador remunerado en la liga de fútbol belga, es que posea la licencia de la Unión Belga.

Si el comité da la razón a La Gantoise el partido se resolverá 5-0 a su favor.
