hahaha, well said.
However, it is kind of hard to tell if they're actually being serious, because at times it seems they're just screaming and banging on the ground and the wood. I'm not a martial arts specialist though, so it may just seem this way to me.

Wouldn't laugh at a CPR training video because I'm sure the trainees wouldn't be jumping around beating up wood, and screaming at the top of their lungs.

I never liked Kung fu.
Kung fu movies such as Jackie Chang or Bruce La are all boring annoying.
Same old scenario with pointless yellings.
I see no moral of anything.
