Iran's worst olympic in wrestling

Wow!
No Golds in wrestling for Iran!!!!
We only got 2 Silvers and 1 Bronze in wrestling this time. That's the worst ever record for Iran's wrestling :confused:
The only other time we didn't win any Golds in olympic wrestling was 1992 :(

Overall it's been an ok olympic for Iran though; we won 6 medals ( 2 Gold, 2 Silver and 2 Bronze ) which is not as good as our record in Sydney , but still acceptable :)

I feel your pain.

Our Judokas and Wrestlers have been flops. Just one gold(66-73kg) and one silver(-100kg) for Judo and just one gold(60kg Greco Roman) and a silver(Freestyle 185lbs) for our wrestlers.

I dunno why we do bad in olympics when we win the world championships so easily. Aside from heydari who got totally screwed by the refs and maybe khodazadeh the rest of our team got what they deserved.
