Has anyone seen women's handball final between Korea and Denmark?

Coming into this match, Korea and Denmark both had a history of themselves against each other in women's handball.

In 1988, Korea won the gold.
In 1992, Korea won the gold for the second consecutive times.

Then comes, Denmark.

In 1996 Atlanta, Denmark beat Korea in the extra time to clinch victory over the reigning champion in the final.

In 2000, Denmark again met Korea in the semis and beat them. Then they went on to win their second consecutive golds in this event.

In 2004, Denmark and Korea again met in the finals. Guess what?

It turned out to be "the most exciting and nail biting match" I've ever seen. I am not exaggerating but this match has got to be the best match ever played in the history of olympics, as far as I'm concerned.

Not only one, but 3 extra times! Everytime Korea took the lead, Denmark dramatically equalised and turned it into another extra time. This has happend not only "once", but "three times"! And guess what, the eventual winner was decided in a penalty shoot-out. And Denmark won. :(

Yeah, but we don't really deserve to be up there with Denmark if you looked at the infrastructure and the level of popularity the sport receives in each country though.

I don't know how Korean handballers have managed to stay near the top for the last 20 years - they get almost no support and the general public generally neglect them, but they still compete with the best of Europe who have thousands of registered players with highly competitive professional league and everything.
