There is only one EPL game this Sunday. Bolton v. Liverpool, live on PPV. This is partly due to the fact that there will also be games on Monday (UK Bank Holiday).

ok, i understand then for the EPL, but there were german games today (sunday). just wondering b/c i find it a little strange they had a full load of live games saturday and nothing sunday morning.

we have spurs norwich as the EPL, i presume its on PPV.

for german, we have 2 games
han 96 - freiburg
hansa - kasier

i'd love to be able to watch some live or even tape delayed soccer, but all we get is a replay of y'days at bor m'gladbach and Bremen.

atleast for those of us in new york on timewarner cable

sundays 11am they show a serie a game on delay
today was roma fiorentina which was a good game and at 1 pm on channel 25 they show all the highlights from the serie A games

Everyone please repeat after me. Rights, Rights, RIGHTS!!!!

I'm not plugged in like others on the board, but this is a fundamentally simple issue.

1) They are only buying one game out of the German league. It airs relatively live on Saturdays at 10am.

2) FSW cannot make the EPL play more than one game on Sundays. So if there is one game scheduled it goes to PPV, automatically. If there is a second game scheduled, it becomes the 2pm game. Now read this here, if a game is moved onto Sunday (i.e. Liverpools makeup with Portsmouth) to become the second Sunday game, it doesn't always make TV. And most weeks if there is only one Sunday game, there usually is a Monday game, which FSW carries live.
