long ball is pretty obvious and is mostly used by teams that lack certain technical and tactical skills their opponents do have. Wing play is play focussed on the wings keeping the field wide, creating space in the middle of the field, putting pressure on the opponents backs. Containing the opponent is letting them mess around up til a certain place where you start hindering them. Pressing is simply hindering the opponents build up in a early stage with the intent to (as the word already says) pressure them into making mistakes and not giving them a chance to play the game their way.
