Anybody know how to cancel a subscription to MUTV (E-member). I've been trying for 3-months and it's like I'm trying ot shout across the ocean.

no, they charge about $8 per month, and theres all kind of information on joinning, but then no contact info...

I had the same problem awhile ago -- my annual subscription was automatically renewed without my consent or without my being informed. Anyway, I got it taken care of by emailing <Support.VideoLounge@bskyb.com> .

I sent them a polite email, followed by a nasty one a few days later asking why I hadn't heard back from them. They responded immediately after the second email.

I was thinking of getting this. Do you think it would be worth the money? The money is not that much in comparison, but I dont know about the service.
