not me, but MiniLB for striker or right midfield.
Flying Weasel

Well, sign the Flying Weasel up. Over the years on various teams in various rec-leagues, I've been used (and continue to be used) all over the place. Forward/striker, anywhere across midfield, and outside back on both sides (basically eveywhere but D-mid and CB). I have speed to burn, but no one-on-one skills. Prefer to keep it simple. Pass and move. Work the give-and-goes.

I can't dribble and my passing/shooting technique is rudimentary, but add me to the midfield and I can kick people.

I played right back when I started, then moved to sweeper, then spent some time at all of the midfield positions.
Never was fast enough to play much up top.
Probably best bet is to plug me in somewhere on the back line and don't expect many overlapping runs (unless there's a substitute ready to come in)!

:DCan you play sweeper, holding midfielder, and be our finisher all at the same time? If so, we are almost ready to field a team . . .
I call #8, and want "Emeril Hershey" on the back of my jersey. I would also like pockets in the official BS Liverpool Supporter Select XI shorts, so I can bring a fistful of beef jerky and a couple cans of Miller High Life on the pitch with me, for when I need to sit down and "Take a Heskey". Oh, and that picture of Rowan should clearly be incorporated into our badge.

I will play left back and insist on Alec Lindsay's number 3 shirt.
Greatest goal disallowed in the FA Cup final ever ... name the year and I owe you a pint
Matt and USScouse are ineligible for this one ...

Perhaps some research on holograms is in order.

I'll play up front as a target man, but I'm not in shape at the moment so let's play to feet please!

I can play holding mid, but my best position is right wing. My combination of pace, vision, pinpoint passing and crossing will help you forget Oyvind Leondhardsen and Bernard Diomede.

My pace will make you forget Paul McGrath!

Looks like you need a left winger. Well Im your guy. Scored many a goals from that position and set up millions.
I showed up late to my first match when I was five and was rewarded with my tardiness with the #13 shirt number. I assume no one else has tabs on that.
Now we just need to clear things with my agent and everythings a go.
PS: Are we getting signing bonuses? Have to have perrier to drink - no gatorade please at half time.

I'll play up front as a target man, but I'm not in shape at the moment so let's play to feet please!Well, I was going to do that, because I'm 6'4" and played OK in the air back in the day, but can't tackle for a crap. You certainly don't want me at the back of the park. Maybe I can be social chair.
Want to come off the bench for me? I'll hand you what's left of the High Life and jerky as I come off. Kind of like the armband exchange, but tastier.

Hmmmm . . . nobody off the bench yet, though. And we need some "competition for places". I heard that makes you play better, or something.
I don't know about the rest of you, but if I'm "Taking a Heskey" in the middle of the park and one of you runs by and asks for a swig of my beer, you can kiss my ass. Gotta put the needs of the club first.
First goalscorer had better kiss the Holographic Rowan badge . . .

I'm fine with coming off the bench, as long as the papers refer to me as the "super-sub." And I bet I can drink more beer on the bench than you can on the field! I never have to leave the case...

I never have to leave the case...Well, that's merely a question of how big the pockets are in the team shorts. I don't think there are any regulations about adding "secret pockets" either. . . . I bet I could get a full six pack and a dozen Slim Jims out there, and not even have to sew pockets into my shirt.

I'd be capable off the bench, but I can only really play a defensive position. Grew up playing RB, CB and defensive mid on account of the fact that I liked to throwm myself into people and tackle. And if I can be on the bench, I really wouldn't care what beer would be found. Backups can't be too picky, it is the stars the people come to see.
