he's either amazing or they really really suck. then again great players make even good players look god awful at times.

And crap players make good players look great.
To be honest it was a well taken goal but the defending was schoolboy stuff. Someone should teach those defenders to stay on their feet, by comitting themselves they made Ibrahimovic's job a lot easier.

Comical defending.Practically every goal is scored through a combination of attacking skill and defensive error. For instance, I've seen more than a few of Henry's EPL masterpieces come from opponents turning to jello whenever he runs at them.
And England's defense didn't exactly look first rate when Maradona scored "that" goal in '86, but then Prenn is also right that the opposite holds true as well. How many people did Denilson humiliate with his stepovers until he finally ran into someone named Thuram in WC'98.
But defensive errors aside, a great goal is still a great goal.

True, I'd have gone nuts if he'd had scored it for Bolton.

brillant goal. they showed the top ten goals of the weekend on fox sports world, some of the leagues need not look any further for goal of the year. throw in alan smith and ronaldino wwith brillant goals. the # 5 goal was in the premier(don't know the players name) off a free kick juggles the ball with 1 touch and fires a 35 yd. bomb on his second touch over the keeper with his left. sorry no name on the goal
Its only Ray Parlour

I saw that goal on MOTD, it was awesome. Player btw was Patrick Berger.
Zlatan's goal was also great, I was there (in 407)! I guess that the NAC defenders didn't hack him down because a few minutes earlier Sneijder had scored from a freekick from just outside the box.

I'm glad you mentioned the FSW Top 10. For those of you who saw it, do you agree with how the Top 3 lined up? Personally Ronaldinho's goal should have been ranked higher than Alan Smith's since it involved more skills etc., but I can maybe concede that Ibra's goal should have been #1.

i actually think they got the top 3 correct. ALan Smith was moving away from goal and hit falling away from goal. Ronaldino, however skilled, was against haiti, although still a very good goal. but i didn't think henry's goal should have been 4, Patrick Beger's goal should have been 4, at least.

I think with that goal, every Ajax supporter simultaneously busted a nut all across Amsterdam.
In related news... the whores of Amsterdam had a steep drop in sales because of it.

What? How on earth was Smith's goal better than Patrik Berger's?
