Having watched them against us and today against Birmingham City....
two goals...one on a lapse on our defense and one today on a deflection....
not as impressive as i thought and B city could have won that game with a little luck.....
AND i want to throw a cream pie in Mourinho's face....can't stand the guy already....quickly passing Wenger in my "dis-like" book...

I agree whoeheartedly about Mourinho. He honked off so many people last week that Fergie and Wenger were working together to discount Chelski's abilities and label himas an uncouth loudmouth of a bore.

The blues have obviously worked on their passing and ball handling skills, but their sissified style of game is no match for the rumble styles of the top Premiership teams. As much as I hate to praise Arsenal, my prediction for the Premiership finish is Arsenal, ManUtd, Liverpool and Chelski in 4th.

Anyone think that New Castle United will be in a battle to stay out of relegation at the end of this season?

They look poor to me. I think if they are our best challengers then we don't have anything to worry about. Im not convinced and Mor bloke is getting hounded by the press and yes he is an arrogant ass. Today he called "the people stupid" and "they know nothing" and the "blond player should get banned". What people? You mean the people who watch footy in England and the blond player as in Robbie Savage? What is he talking about?

Birmingham at least deserved a draw maybe a win. And Drogma is the best at 24 million -- more rubbles than sense. OMG I would of scored that open net LOL. Also Owen just went for 8 + a player!! LOL. Fair play keeper looks good, but right back is crap, I mean Dogma and Kezman look silly together don't they. I can't wait till next season when the conveyer belt brings in 9 more recruits and the recycle machine dismantles the current lot pmsl.

Hi. Welcome to the Manchester United forum. In this forum we discuss such things as the latest & upcoming matches, transfer rumours, injuries and all types of news - pertaining to Manchester United. Hey Ian, any chance of moving this one, or just closing it (as GPK wouldn't take to kindly to it :D)?

you DON'T think this pertains to man utd? Chelsea has never been a serious challenger to the title until Roman's $$$$......
It is one more team with talented players.......as an Man utd supporter
I despise Arsenal and Chelsea is moving up that chart....so YA I think
it's relevant.

It's really not. Had Chelsea lost today, or maybe even drawn, it would have at most been a nice little mention in either the ManU news thread of the Norwich match thread... but just because they have had one poor showing (against us is arguable) does not mean there is a necessity to start a thread on it. If there were, we would also have 2 irrelevant threads a week - one for how Arsenal is doing & the other for how Chelsea is doing. I, and various other ManU posters, take it upon ourselves to talk about Chelsea in the Chelsea forum, and Arsenal in the Arsenal forum.

Yup, we sure do suck. As evidenced by the 0 points you took away from Stamford Bridge. And the 1 point you took from our two games last year.
I'll live with that sort of overrated and top of the table.
Cheers!

I think you underrate our new popularity Billy ;)

You're absolutely right. No need for that Arsenal thread.

Remind us to talk to you about that. ;) :p

Nah - you're all welcome. Just so long as you don't start anymore Ronaldo threads.

Billy, there's someone at the door for you.
On that note, can I have your stereo? You're not going to be needing it.

However, we are dead serious about the Ronaldo threads thing.

But he's so friggin' good! Those stepovers, that pace, those crosses, those shots, those earrings, that haircut! But I'm not going to go to the point of no return and mention the 'b' word.

You know what, I think I'm going to go into the Chelsea forum tomorrow with a list of reasons Ronaldo would help your team, then go to the Arsenal one and do the same, and so on for ALL EPL team, then onto Italy, then Portugal, Spain, Holland and finally MLS - although he would get benched by Freddie Adu... does it matter that they play separate positions? NO! ADU BENCHES ALL & THAT'S THAT!

Well, we've got a good few pople around here I wouldn't mind you eliminating. But to be honest, the fact that ZANI is still stalking around your match thread boards is reason enough for you to never be mod... until he is gone, that is.

Nice, I'm afraid ZANI is your Rushmore!

We have Clan and GPK. There's no reason for another Chelsea mod, really. I've never even thought about it.
However, if you're all dissatisfied with Motterman, let me know. ;)

Nice, I'm afraid ZANI is your Rushmore!

He's one of two people on my ignore list. He's been a lot less active, because we've been ignoring him.

Incidentally, I can control my sarcasm and what I believe passes for dry wit, you know. If I haven't called the lot of you dim witted gloryhunters, I can certainly be civil to ZANI. Not that I want to;)

Besides, its not like being a mod has tamed Matt Clark. :D

Besides, its not like being a mod has tamed Matt Clark. :DMatt Clark, who I am guessing is at middle age or above, has more angst than a 14 year old schoolboy who gets reguarly beaten up by his little sister; it's bewildering.

(Don't!)

So there's some hope the poster isn't ruined then? That's good.
