I'm going to go to the Revierderby against Schalke at the Wesfalen. I usually stand in Block 13. I was wondering if the atmosphere is better in block 82 and if you still get a good view of the match from there.

Which do you think is better Block 82 or 13 ??

Section 13 and 12 is were the most passionate supporters are so naturally this is the place to go. On the other hand many, many people think this way and so it is pretty crowded there, sometimes even some kind of rough (at least in the epic centre of the hardcore-fans). The view is slightly better in the upper blocks. Though farer away from the pitch there are just not so many people.

My choice would be 13. Block 82 only if I want to have a "relaxing" time watching the match.

Me and me dad go there at least 4 times a year, whenever I have a break for school to visit my grandma and cousins. BVB became my team since I visited there so often. Whenever we go we stand in block 13.

Why are there guys with a megaphone in block 82? Is there more singing in Block 82??

Keith's Response: When I was still there, I'd usually stand in block 12 with friends. Block 82 is also better if seeing the entire match is important to you. In blocks 12 and 13, every now and then, someone will stick one of the huge banners up to block your view. Especially at the beginning of matches and after BVB goals.

I think I was in the block #13 with a few "tutors" last year when I was there. ;)
