Aulas made a mistake in not resigning Carriere. Lyon's loss is Lens's gain.

I personally like Carriere and Dhorasso from the "old" Lyon team ...

I have always thought those guys were class acts on the field but, every time (which is not so often) I watched a Lyon game last year, they were on the bench.

Always bothered me but I guess I would have needed to watch more games to understand the situation ... maybe.

The funny thing is that shortly after we purchased Carriere, Aulas made some comments that he had pulled one over on his good friend Martel. We paid to much and his wages are too high for our purposes Aulas said. So far so good! It is early but thus far Carriere is the playmaker we missed so much last season.

Aulas didnt even replace Dhorasso and Carriere. He has signed no midfielders this offseason so far.
