I knew it, as soon as I let Fowler go, he signs for Man City :(

I might have to refigure my finances and buy him back, costly propostion. Hmmmm ...

Sorry Mark,
Just noticed your post above after JCW swooped for Robbie in a series of moves. Jimmy Floyd is available, on the other hand!

Now we'll see if Defoe can keep scoring (and remain in the lineup at West Ham with Di Canio back).

Anyway, JCW just spent 8 pts on 3 transfers, with yet another likely tomorrow during the draft. I guess that's what happens when you get 6 non-scoring field players in a single week, including not a single striker. Has anyone else ever fielded a 5-5-0? Guess what? It sucks.

No problem, I couldn't afford him any more anyway.

Wow, what a semi! 79 is by far LSG's highest weekly of the season and we needed every point. Now, as reward, we get to complete the double by losing to Kopite in both cup finals. We're also building a nice rivalry w/ 1800UK - nothing to match the rabid hatred of their regular derbies with Kopite, but we do seem to play close whenever we meet -- and with so few points separating us in the league to top it off!

Well done again, to both of you.

Now if I had Giggs as Captain instead of Beckham.... yabba yabba yabba

I posted this on the premierleague.com forum but wanted to cover all my bases:

>>>
I can tell that the rosters have not been updated for a while.

Example, Kirkland is still on Jimballs roster, yet he transferred him out on 1/27/03.

I would like to make first claim on Legwinski of Fulham but do not want to do so if he is on somebody's roster.

That doesn't mean you can come on here and buy him before me as I have declared my intent to buy him. Does anyone have him on their roster? <<<

Sorry, I wasn't having a go at you. There has been an extraordinary amount of transfers recently.

Case in point, the most recent one announced on the forum was illegal as Moore of West Brom was already on another team. I just don't want to screw things up by making a move I shouldn't make.

So, DOES ANYONE HAVE LEGWINSKI? :D

Probably, maybe, not telling.....

Until you drop the points on the transfer :D

As of today, no team currently has Legwinski on their roster.

Thanks Hal.

This wouldn't be a conspiracy to get me to lose 4 points would it? :D

I will wait on another couple of our players and then make my move, thanks.

Jon,
Did you see the note that your signing of Moore from West Brom was illegal? I've had him for a few weeks, and he's been on Michel's roster page for the same amount of time.

So bummer, but you'll have to sacrifice the 4 pts this week in getting rid of him.

yeah, bummer's the word. Well anyway I've replaced him with Clement, who would have been the better choice in the first place. Don't know what I was thinking. Hope this won't distract my players too much going into the big cup final...

All my claims on Legwinski are relinquished, he is out injured, if you want him you can have him :D

Hamstring injury.
