Austria is really nice.
Actually their English isn't very good so it pays to learn German... though I've forgotten it a bit since I didn't go this summer.
The chicks... hehe not had much interaction with them in Austria. I did have a Belgian girlfriend before though. Austrian chicks... well Austrian people in general are very friendly and rather easy to get along with. Much warmer than the Germans and much more easy going.
So yeah the women are nice. You'll find the psychos in Vienna... there's always this group of crazy teenage girls with half their heads shaven who hang around near Wien Westbanhoff (the West and Main station of Vienna).
