Spanish Primera Division (La Liga)

FOX Sports International has purchased US TV rights
to the Spanish Primera Division (a.k.a. La Liga)
via an agreement with Barcelona-based sports
marketing company Media Pro. Coverage on FOX Sports World (US) will begin
with Real Betis vs Real Madrid
on Saturday September 14 at 6pm ET/3pm PT.

Check the weekly schedule on the FSW site. The games are listed. It is official.

because FSW has offically confirmed that they will carry 2 la liga matches a week on tape delay starting with betis-real, celta-mallorca

I was miffed when FSW dropped the French Ligue One, but this more than makes up for that decision.

Right on Patrick. ESPN has done the biggest disservice to soccer here in the US. They splurged on buying the rights to all the leagues then little by little stopped showing the games. One only had to look at the total number of games which were available on American TV 3-4 years ago and compare them to this season. EPL on taped delay unless you wanted it live on PPV. Fewer CL and UEFA Cup matches etc.
Good for Fox and for us liga fans!

I would imagine that part of the reason they bought the rights was because of the increased number of Mexicans in the league, so you should be golden.
