I would like to see Owen end up at Norwich City. I would really like to see them stay up this year and he could help! Also I wouldn't mind seeing them swoop in for John Hartson....I hear he may go for free!

Realistically though as Norwich probably couldn't afford Owen Hargreaves -- Middlesborough could be a surprise this year if they grab a top player or two...might be a good fit. The rumour is Spurs......IF not Norwich then I'd prefer him to go to Fulham. I'd like to see Fulham in the top 7.

Thoughts?

I figured that part of OH's move to the premeirship was for more money. He's an English international. I have a hard time seeing him ending up at a club like Norwich or Portsmouth because of that.

Is he even that good? From watching him at Bayern he seems pedestrian at best. Good runner (workrate), can cover a lot of space, but really erratic on the ball. I see him as a decent addition, but not a key difference maker for any type of P'ship team. Doesn't he ride the pine in Munich?

Well (and I agree with your assessment of him completely), the answer is pretty straightforward. He'll end up alongside all the other pedestrian, limited, overpriced, average players who've been on the market in recent years...at Spurs.

Seriously, players like Hargreaves are a dime a dozen. Sure, he's not bad but he's not worth anywhere near the money being quoted and no club in their right minds would pay more than £3 million for him at most (if that).
