Andre Agassi is Armenian.
His father was born in Iran and is an Iranian-Armenian. He also boxed for the Iranian boxing team in the 50's.

Andre Agassi is Armenian.
He is as Armenian as Michale Jordan is Nigerian. His family had lived in Iran for generations, as AA mentioned his father was a boxer in Iran's NT.
Armenia was once part of Persia, heck there are more Armenians in Iran that there are in Armenia. They consider themseleves Iranian first and Armenian 2nd just like Azeris (there is also more Azeries in Iran that there is in Azerbaijan). Anyways Andre himself has had many interviews where he has claimed himself as being Iranian-American not Armenian-American, but who cares really, he dosen't play for Iran so I don't give a rat's ass about him.

I recently watched Massoud Kimiayi's Friday's Soldiers (http://www.variety.com/review/VE1117927594?categoryid=31&cs=1). Good movie if you like Kimiayi's other works such as Gheysar and Eteraaz.

I thought it was his worst movie. I have never liked his stuff. Kimiyaei needs to be taken out in the back alley and beaten with a cane. Anyone who's stupid enough to marry Googoosh couldn't do any better.

I like Kimiyaei's revenge theme. His characters are the ultimate idealists always seeking justice.

Damnit, I had that idea for 10 years, but I thought everyone would be afraid of buying a shirt with Persian writing on it.

Damnit, I had that idea for 10 years, but I thought everyone would be afraid of buying a shirt with Persian writing on it.
I saw this teenage girl about a month ago who had a t shirt which said " I LOVE PERSIAN BOYS" with a heart on the bottom of it , i couldn’t believe my eyes , i was going to go over and try talking to her but she was with her family.

I can't find the pics from Daei's wedding right now, I will post them later.
For now, enjoy these two video clips of former and current national team players such as Nikbakht, Majidi, Mussavi, Dinmohammadi, etc. partying and dancing with their girlfriends. ( Part1 (http://www.coolpersia.com/multimedia/video/Eshteghlal_Party01.ram) and Part2 (http://www.coolpersia.com/multimedia/video/Esteghlalpart02.ram))
It's the lamest party ever. :D
