I hope to get to a game in a few months so I thought I'd try out my new membership number and test the process to buy a ticket for the Boro game. The first possible problem I saw was that that the address that appeared when I entered my number had my post/zip code but no city. Then I saw that the only delivery method listed was post to UK/Ireland. Has anyone else tried this? Do you think this is a problem or will the system recognise it as an overseas address and arrange for the ticket to be picked up at the ground. I remember hearing that there was a problem last year with buying from Ticketmaster in that they needed a UK address.

This is already in hand.
I purchased tickets today using Jegerpenge's Red membership number. The same happened. I have phoned Jill Smith at the club to tell her as I said that oversea's fans wouldn't be very happy if they couldn't buy tickets. Apparantly this is a hitch with the Ticketmaster system as ticketmaster.co.uk only recognises UK address's. If you do book now though, the tickets will be purchased, but you will have to phone Ticketmaster to request them to be delivered to the Box office for you to collect on the day. This does cause a problem for those members who are letting friends use their memberships as the club only allows members to pick up tickets. Hence why Jill is involved in picking up the tickets for ArsenalAmerica etc. I am awaiting a response from Jill and will post it as soon as I know. In the meantime if you do book tickets, e-mail me the name it's under and I will pass it to Jill so it can be left at the box office for collection.
