Fox Sports World and Sky Sports are reporting the results of an anonymous survey of Very Small Rocks and Small Rocks League Managers.

When asked which fantasy soccer team and manager they most enjoyed beating, 62.5 % of the managers of Small Rocks League responded with Hal Jones and the Aviators. Jonathan Chase's Winning Connections received 25 % while Jay Jones' DC Chickenhawks received 12.5 % of the response (indicating a likely familial rivalry).

The Very Small Rocks results were a bit more scattered:
Tom Van Damme and his TVD Phenomenons, (probably from envy) were chosen 37.5 %, as was Wesley's Sporting FC Columbia, (probably a reaction to smack posts by their manager). FC Springfield and Windsor Wanderers were each selected by 12.5 % of the respondents.

I also enjoy beating United Forever on one of those weeks where Cristian Ronaldo is elected captain and does absolutely nothing... per usual :)

Hal, any idea when guys like Boumsong will be the database??? Premier League is sure taking their sweet time.

You will shut your mouth when Ruud and Alan come back though and of course whe Ronaldo hits form. PS Ilovecolombia I told you that game would be vital and my players stepped up. I also won the head to head.

I'd check nightly now until about a week after the transfer window closes. There doesn't seem any particular urgency, unless they suit up for a game.

D Eboue Arsenal**
F Kuqi Birmingham**
F Blake Birmingham**
D Nelsen Blackburn**
M Mokoena Blackburn**
M Jarosik Chelsea**
D Pellegrino Liverpool**
D Boumsong Newcastle**
M Hallfredsson Tottenham**
M Limbersky Tottenham**
M Almeyda West Brom

Those listed above seem to have been confirmed transfers that have yet to appear in the database.

There are also the transfers within the Premiership, like:
Beattie from Southhampton to Everton
Forssell's loan from Chelsea being terminated by Birmingham
Spector's on/off loan from ManU to Blackburn
Davenport's loan from Tottenham to Southhampton
Babayaro's transfer from Chelsea to Newcastle

These also have yet to be reflected in the database. Have patience, grasshopper. Stay tuned. Some of the dust should settle before the next week's rosters are closed.

Whoo! Ajax Reserves are making me sweat for my THIRD consecutive win. It is 46-45 to me but they have Friedel and Nelsen while I have only Okocha. I hope Okocha scores tommorow and mess up the clean sheet they are looking for. Plus whoevers win this win the head to head! I have one 2 out of 3 head to heads so for only losing to Windsor.

In a grim season, it's important to celebrate even the smallest victories. So in an act of self-applause, I point out that LSG's 72 points this week gives us a runaway gold medal. Now, back into hibernation...
