In a very bizarre turn which has been seen as a 'major blow for the prosecutors', the US is refusing to allow any testimony from some of it's prisoners to help convict a man charged with helping to plot the 11 September 2001 attacks.
This is now 'Breaking News on most of the major news channels in the UK, and most people have no idea why this stance was taken, it doesn't really help any 'War on Terrorism'........
