It does suck for the lad, he seems to be the kind of guy who could make an impact he just keeps getting hurt. It has got to bring him down

I think he's finnished at Arsenal. Sad too, He seemed liked he had the talent but he just always got hurt. Maybe we can loan him out and see if he can put together a whole season some where else.

Sucks.

It's the same injury that Pires had, and it took him 6 months, so... Then again, youth is on his side, and he's got a long way before him. Hope that he recovers soon.

when they showed the replay that is what I feared, his knee kind of buckled when his leg landed awkwardly on the pitch.

it was almost a carbon copy of what happened to USA midfielder Chris Armas in a friendly before WC2002.

i had an ACL tear also, rehab wasn't fun :(

i hope he makes a full recovery.

It’s too bad for Aliadiere. I read somewhere that he was really looking forward to making an impact this year. I also think this will be his last season with Arsenal, but then again I never thought I would see Jeffers back in an Arsenal uniform either. I would like to see more English players on the team, but I don’t think Jeffers will ever be a regular starter. I think if Aliadiere gets healthy, is loaned out, and gets a season under this belt (injury free) he will be sold, or request a transfer.

Ps. This is my first post. I am an Arsenal supporter from Toronto Canada. I have been following Arsenal via the limited TV coverage we have in Canada and the Arsenal web site. I have only recently found the Arsenal America site and this site for additional info. on the Premiership’s greatest team.

Thanks.

I agree, too many knee problems too young. I don't see him having a long career at Highbury.

I think he needs to get away from Arsenal for a season. I hope he gets loaned out to Norwich...with Bentley. He needs experience and less pressure. Surely he could overcome Premeirship pressure with them...especiallly if they are in need of a striker.

By the way guys, we'll get to see David Bentley play vs. ManU live 2weeks from now against ManU. Hope Bentley scores a half way line goal.

It is really too bad about Jeremie. This poor guy is so injury prone. I wonder what the football gods have against him. Maybe he was never meant to play for Arsenal.

I'll bet that Dein and Wenger will give up on him at the end of the season. How long can they keep on paying this perpetual hospital patient? I feel bad for him. He has so much potential.

I don't understand your closing comments. How can you say that we have limited TV coverage in Canada? Are you kidding me? Only a handful of Arsenal games were not televised last year. I think we are privileged to have live coverage on Saturday through Rogers and Sunday/weekday games via FSWC. This year Rogers is having triple header Saturdays. FSWC has thus far only picked up a 9am live game; however Setanta has guaranteed coverage of big matches. This Sunday, for example, the Arsenal-Everton game will be shown live at 9am on FSWC, followed by Setanta's coverage of the Chelski-ManUre game at 11am.

Sorry, I was referring to my younger days. I have only gotten digital cable in the last 2 years, so I never got FSWC. Rogers Sports Net would show 2 games on Sat. but they were rarely Arsenal games. In the last 2 years there has been much more coverage of the EPL, and Arsenal. Do we get Setanta? I have never seen any adds for them, I thought it was only available in the US.

Thanks! A Man. Utd. supporter in Ireland eh. I know more Man. Utd. fans here in Toronto then most other teams combined.

Get well soon Jeramie! I have a feeling he is Arsenal's version of Kevin Johnson, the former Phoenix Sun, who was made out of glass and had toothpicks for ankles!

I'm not sure if I can make it this Sun. but I'll try. It will be good to watch the game with fellow Arsenal fans. I'll need the directions. I don't know the Mad Hatter

Thanks.
