Pretty much anything light such as Cereal, Oatmeal or pancakes should be good.

Learn from my mistakes, pancakes dripped in syrup and bacon b4 soccer not a good idea, I did it everyday for 2 weeks and it took me 4 weeks to realize why I felt like crap the first hour of practice. Cereal and fruits on the other hand work miracles, keep it light and ull be fine.

Plenty of complex carbs, porridge and sliced banana is quality aslong as you eat it about 3 hours before the game.

No offence, but surely this is a pretty intuitive question?

just eat fruit. a larger variety is perfect. eat as much as you can no less than an hour before practice.

Eat well before you play, so you can ******** it all out before you get to the field.

I start with a big mac and a couple of double cheeseburgers. I then move onto a couple of bowls of icecream. And i finish off my pregame meal with some sushi.

i have a pint of the local ice cream + 2 red bulls right before we warm up, so like 40 mins before game time. also, i usually have real food a few hours before this.
