just curious; some people do the following test to find out what the lead leg and trail leg is when they are being trainned to sprint or long jump or whatever:
they lean forward and wait until the last sec, your body will automatically kick out one leg in front instintively to keep body from falling. Now since your adam-blah-blah-whatever; what is going to happen when you do that test? Are both of your legs gonna kick out (BOTH!?!?) or your just gonna fall flat face to the ground?
Just curious. My right leg kicked out first, I am right handed....
THat test is actually to tell which leg should be in the back of the blocks when you are in the blocks for sprinting. . . it is your quick leg not your dominate leg because my left leg comes out first and i am naturally right footed.... however i can use both feet equally well. . . the test should be preformed by standing w/ your back to someone and having them push you.... whichever leg goes out first to steady your body is your quick leg. . . i'm a track runner in addition to playing soccer incase you didn't catch that :)
