7. FC Springfield (ibreak4coffee)
Berthelin, Goalkeeper, Crystal Palace, 3.0
Sorensen, Goalkeeper, Aston Villa, 5.5
Sorensen is solid, but if he goes down, venture to the TL for cover.
Ashley Cole, Defender, Arsenal, 7.5
Hyypia, Defender, Liverpool, 7.5
Reiziger, Defender, Middlebrough, 6.0
Helveg, Defender, Norwich, 4.5
Charlton, Defender, Norwich, 4.0
Excellent choices in Hyypia and Cole. Lots of points there. Reiziger should snag some points too. Good D!
Kewell, Midfield, Liverpool, 9.5
Nolan, Midfield, Bolton, 7.0
Ljungberg, Midfield, Arsenal, 9.0
Mendieta, Midfield, Middlesborough, 8.0
Mulryne, Midfielder, Norwich, 4.0
All but Mulryne are solid effective points scorers. You may have to sacrifice one of your 9.0 or 9.5 players to beef up a crucial 5th mid position.
Forssell, Forward, Birmingham, 9.5
Kluviert, Forward, Newcastle, 10.0
Freedman, Forward, Crystal Palace, 5.0
Forsell will do well, Kluivert is unproven in the EPL and will he start ahead of Bellamy? Freedman is a waste.
Overall: Excellent D sacrifices some points scoring in midfield and up front. Mid to low table unless the D scores a lot of goals. Go Sami Hyypia! :D
Its clearly listed here.. if you want to talk trade PM me....

I'm finally back in town and just went through the draft, pick by pick for the suspense of it.
Hal did a great job doing my proxy picks. I'm very satisfied. I got all the key players I wanted on my draft board (including the unproven guys Drogba, Ferreira and Rommedahl--I live on the edge, what can I say ?) and when he had to make decisions on his own he came up trumps (Keano, Jensen, Delaney to name a few). Time will tell but on paper it looks good to me!. I tried to make sure he had some moolah to work with and he sure knew how to spend it.
I'm looking forward to this long and exciting season. I'll try to get in touch with club officials to get the name of the new manager and get some "interviews" to post on here soon :D
If Windsor Wanderers come up with an official club site I'll be sure to post it.
I'll upload my team in the next 24 hours, assess the available players and then maybe make a move or two although I don't think that will be necessary at first glance.
Good luck everyone.

Windsor Wanderers Manager has now come back from his lenghty trip and is raring to go in this upcoming campaign. Winsor Wanderers are predicted to come second in the VSR/Div 2 . That is the second and last promotion spot in the division and they would not mind that coming true at all.

Interesting idea. Hope this isn't a way of trying to justify inactivity. As long as you stay active the entire season in adjusting your line-up, then I have no problem with this statement.
The commitment for this draft league was to stay an active manager for the entire season. There will be internal competitions you may want to adjust your team to better compete heads up for a particular week. For example, you may bring in 1-2 players who are playing double games.

He could create another team with the same line-up (out of competition) and see just how it does, compared to the rest.

No special treatment for players traded from the league, injuries, suspensions, absences for national team commitments, manager's selections, etc.
If you have a player you want to drop, (and obviously you want to replace any player traded out of the Premier League), you just go to the free agent pool of players in the database and get another player, still staying within the salary cap and no more than three players from one team limitations. You abide by the same first come, first choice criteria, and have no special head of the line privileges.
It's a simple game. lol

The Class Acts responds to this by saying. " We will always be moving around our team to get the best formula , just no more transfers"
