The Class Acts Sign Kevin Davies

Manager Brian Alleyne is pleased to announce the signing of Kevin Davies. Davies, coincedantly was an Ajax Reserve player this morning. On being released he said " I will try to find a club who would actually respect and appreciate me!" and he we are. This is the second former Ajax Reserve star that The Class Acts have signed following fallen superstar Alan Shearer.

83 points this week and i still got henry and bellamy playing tommorow

I pretty much drafted my team and planned on keeping it as is
the gks and defenders have been shuffled
henry has been a constant even though he hasnt been hot in the past few weeks

defoe here since day 1 hattrick today
cisse got injured so i got bellamy

now my midfield rules

i dropped duff for robben enough said
i was very patient with scholes and its paying dividends now
swp i knew was gonna be this good
zenden has been decent and gera you never know

im close to being 100 points up on the competition

TVD Phenomenons are happy that theyre likely to clinch the half year title
and even the small rocks league leader doesnt have more points than every1s favorite team
team tvd

I have got to admit mate your team is pretty admirable. The sad thing I am in a fight at the other end of the table. Would Robben for Jay Jay be a good trade for you? :D

Class Acts Manager Vents Frustration

The Class Acts manager has been apalled by his team poor run of form this season. This is why he thinks they are struggling so badly:

" I think the reason is because we are missing our two most essential players in our squad now for quite a while: Ruud and Ronaldo. I remember a certain part of the season when Ruud was playing that we were in fifth position just 22 points behind 4th place FC Springfield. But I still believe we can get to that 4th spot even though were 99 points behind at the moment. I mean it can be done. Just look at Sporting FC Colombia! I think that the top 3 places are dead certs though with TVD winning the title."

Don't get too high on yourself... you are climbing more out of sheer luck rather than any inspiration.

It certaintly makes a difference. I've had injuries to Ljungberg, Garcia, and Reyes that have hurt the squad, and I had an year ending injury to one of my first draft picks, Forssell, that hurt.

However, the season is only halfway done. The league could get competitive again if some Chelsea players go down to injury. As it stands now, the top three are lucky that they can count on 25-35 points per week with the Chelsea midfield. It explains the 100 point difference in the league.

How can you say that mate even it is half true ;) . Anyway you need a bit of luck in these kind of competitions and unfortunately I dont have alot at the moment. :( 14 points is the worse I have EVER had and I thought when I got the 18 it could not get any worse.

Yea I guess you are right I mean I still have the second half of the season still to go but it is quite depressing to be at the bottom of the table when just about 7 weeks ago challenging you for the 4th spot. I still think that you can get it only if I dont though. ;)

8 weeks ago I was battling for second place so its up and down... we'll see what happens.

I remember that. I guess it all depends on the form of your player and of course who is available. Hint for Ruud  . But studying my strike force it would be absolutely lethal on song and in form. I mean Ruud, Shearer and Davies aint too shabby. All in all I know I am in next year for sure! :D

Nostradamus Alert!!!

Overlook Ajax Reserves at your peril. Judy has challenged her husband to bring in the players to climb to the 4th position in this table. After that, she may set her sights higher.
