Team owner Montgomery Burns has authorized another transfer this week to make FC Springfield boast one of the strongest attacks in the Very Small Rocks. Sentimental favorite Patrick Kluviert makes his return to the squad in place of the unlucky and injured Craig Bellamy
OUT: Bellamy, Newcastle, Forward (Midfielder?!), 9.0
IN: Kluviert, Newcastle, Forward, 9.3
All Coach Wiggum expects is one goal by Patrick against lowly Birmingham this week to make up for the 8 points that were wasted in transfers this week.

FC Springfield completes a new intra-Everton transfer to further bolster an already attack-happy midfield...
OUT: Kilbane, Midfield, Everton, 6.5
IN: Osman, Midfield, Everton, 5.9
When reached for comment and asked how he felt about his team's newest acquisition, as well as its current good run of form, owner Montgomery Burns simply replied "Excellent...."

There could be some extra dynamics at work in the Very Small Rocks division. Managers could be afraid of giving up the points for more than the one free transfer per week because they want to finish in the top 4 to get promoted to the Small Rocks Division.
The Small Rocks veterans have made over twice the transfers of our sister league. Even taking out my crazy 31 transfers, it would still be better than a 3-2 trade ratio.
As a league, the Very Small Rocks division average team value is just under what we all started with. This could end up restricting manager's choices for trades later in the season as the valuation inflation continues to grow.
As an additional comparison, the total team value of Naval Aviators, my non-drafted team, is 108.1.
It's been a while, so I thought I'd post the latest team rosters. Please let me know if I have anyone's roster wrong. These rosters are as of 10/4 and reflect up through FC Springfield's latest acquisition of Osman and all previous trades:

Tom, all in due time... your team value is low and you're a Henry injury away from the mid-table. Plus it doesnt matter that you were first for the first eight weeks when you end up third by the end of the year... ;)

All that trouble of posting the squads...
Due to new policy of playing 3 up front by Newcastle, Laurent Robert finds minutes hard to come by.
ASSL decided to shake things up...
OUT: Robert, NUFC, M 8.2
IN: A.Svensson, Soton, M, 6.1

I only need Steed to bring in 8 pts (that will be double as he's captain) this afternoon against lowly Palace to overtake you.
We'll see later if you lead at the break...

FC Springfield decided once again this morning to dip into the transfer market, not only to keep confusing opposing managers in the Very Small Rocks division, but also because with some breathing room at the top of the table it was time to continue the revolving door which is Springfield's attack by bringing back one of the team's sentimental favorites who isnt always complaining of injury
OUT: Kluivert, Newcastle, Forward, 9.3
IN: Bergkamp, Arsenal, Forward, 9.2
Once again, Coach Wiggum was forced to placate team owner Montgomery Burns, who continues to rule the board of directors with an iron fist before he is forced to head back to his day job with a new season of the Simpsons on the horizon.
For those counting, FC Springfield has squandered another 4 points, bringing its total amount of wasted points past 20, but despite some overconfidence from some of its rivals (a good thing of course) Coach Wiggum remains confident that should current form continue, the team will safely get one of the top four spots to qualify for the Small Rocks division next year, as well as bring some hardware back home in the "excellent" cup competitions.

With a two week break and injuries possible in internationals ahead of us, there should be some transfer activity. Hal posted the updated list as of this morning by manager, I'll add a list of players by EPL squad here. Some of you might find it easier to determine who is selected and who isnt.
Though I still cant figure out how 8 players are taken off Southampton and six from Birmingham... Arsenal scores more in a half than these two combined over three gameweeks.
