i looked across the previous picks and forums no kishishev have been picked therefore i uphold the transfer is valid and will remain so

BvllSh!t -- Dynamo KC drafted him in the beginning.

It is no wonder you have two red squares next to your name.

Sporting F.C. Colombias generally silent manager announced that he is looking to hire a player assesor, a campeign advisor and a vice manager anyone interested may send him a pm

There are lots of good ideas on hot players to pick up that you can glean from the season thread of your sister league, Small Rocks. And the reverse is true as well.

It makes sense to frequently review both threads.

INVALID TRANSFER ALERT

I just came across this post on the Fantasy League website

out:
yakubu,fw,PM,7.8
laursen,DF,av,5.5

in:
Cole,fw,FU,8.0
Kishishev,df,ca,4.9

ILOVECOLOMBIA: Kishishev has already been selected by KC Dynamo (Chris Meier). Therefore I think Hal will agree that your transfer is invalid, and you must either reverse the transfer or find another player.

Wesley,

Since I don't live 24-7, despite rumors to the contrary, on the Very Small Rocks League message board, I had yet to pick up on this illegal transaction.

KC Dynamo does indeed have Kishishev on his roster. Chris Meier selected Kishishev with the 6th pick in the 11th round of the draft.

Please repost a legal transaction and promptly remove Kishishev from your roster. If no prompt response is made to replace Kishishev with a player from the free agent pool, then you will be required to completely restore your team to the before trade position. Then make trades. This could cost you 8 points to reestablish your original team (prior to the bad trade) and points for subsequent legal trades.

If you act promptly, it will just cost you the extra 4 points for replacing Kishishev.

The Commissioner appreciates the help of all the managers in promptly identifying illegal transactions so they can be corrected before an illegal player scores points for someone and then that has to be kept track of.

FC Springfield strongly denies any unsportsmanlike behavior, and requests that the league commissioner read the post one more time, where it becomes evident that the inclusion of a winking eye shows the desperation of the sentence rather than a sign of intent to wish harm onto others!!!!!

Furthermore, FC Springfield requests that it be taken into consideration that there is a potential conflict of interest in this investigation, as the league commissioner is the owner of Mr.Henry in the Small Rocks Division :)

FC Springfield does not believe any penalities are necessary, but will exercise greater caution in the future so as not to have any comments misinterpreted. He would hope the commissioner would exercise the same understanding accorded to other players since the beginning of the season, but would understand if the commissioner felt it necessary to give FC Springfield a warning for a "first offense"

Hmmmm. Maybe it's good that the commissioner does not have a habit of using the icons to indicate his seriousness. Keeps the managers guessing!!!

Having re-read the post in question, as requested, the commissioner announces that any further investigation into this matter has been dropped. Besides, I couldn't think up a humorous enough penalty to assess!!!

On the other hand, I'll make a note of the manager's audacity to suggest this commissioner has any conflict of interest regarding Henry just because he has him on his team in the Small Rocks League. We'll let that one slide, but it's counted.

If you still dont believe

1) BOTH league administrators

and

2) my last team recap where his name is listed clearly

then I urge you to simply click on FC Dynamo on the Very Small Rocks League. He's on the left hand side wearing a bright red Charlton shirt.

Funny and accurate! You forgot to point out the name Kishishev under the bright red Charlton shirt. After all he might miss it ;)

BTW Hal and Kopite are watching you Ilovecolombia. No cheats allowed!

Holy cow. I missed all the excitement. Wife was hogging the laptop.

Ironically, kopite and I were talking about Kishishev today because of his strong performance for me yesterday. And for Kopite as well it turns out.

PRESS RELEASE

FC Springfield congratulates itself for wasting 4 transfer points on George Boateng, who has promptly injured himself. FC Springfield is also glad to hear that last week's transfer, Atouba, has also decided to injure himself. Only the apparent recovery of Thomas Sorensen can brighten these frustrating reports.

For those keeping count, FC Springfield has blown away 12 points on transfers in the first three weeks of action. Even if 8 more lost points will cause Coach Wiggum to temporarily occupy last place at the start of this week, FC Springfield has been forced to dip into the transfer market once again to try and field 11 healthy players, as well as take advantage of the two matches this week.

Accordingly, FC Springfield announces its latest transfer

OUT: Atouba, Tottenham, 5.1
IN: Kilbane, Everton, 6.5

With two guaranteed starts, barring injury, FC Springfield hopes that at a minimum it will break even because of its questionable transfer tactics. One goal or assist from Kilbane, however, and the manager will feel like all was not lost.

While it is a long season, FC Springfield also categorically denies that it is attempting to become the Aviators clone of the Very Small Rocks League by conducting numerous transfers every week. Coach Wiggum replies to such comparisons that bad luck has forced the team to drop 20 points in order to field a healthy squad. Hopefully as the dust settles FC Springfield will become more consistent and healthy.

With the way Liverpool is playing anyways it might be a blessing in disguise as an excuse to drop him... however at least there's a two week rest period for Sami to get better so he can start heading in goals again :)

PRESS RELEASE

Despite Coach Wiggum's love of Arsenal's free flowing game, he has been forced to admit that they are likely to keep few clean sheets this year, resulting in little reason to keep an Arsenal defender on the roster. Accordingly, Wiggum has done the hard task of dumping Ashley Cole (who will now promptly embark on a scoring binge) and getting a highly overlooked player on a strong defensive team, Ledley King.

OUT: Ashley Cole, Defender, Arsenal, 7.5
IN: King, Defender, Tottenham, 6.1

This move also gives FC Springfield the flexibility to replace some of its other stars, who now have two weeks to injure themselves before Gameweek 5.

IN THE BANK: 1.6
