I don't.
I was in a Catholic grade school in Viriginia - i asked the white teacher why it says "In God We Trust" on a quarter and I got kicked out. Damn Nuns. I'm glad I moved back to Korea after that. Damn Nuns. My parents are Catholic but I don't really give a fcuk.
Why do you guys believe in God? Because you were born into it?
What about Allah - do you guys believe in that?
All doesn't matter I just think that religion are for insecure fcuks.
But then again I'm high right now.
Getting high in Korea is great! Too many eatery stands and 7-11s down the streets!
MMM~~ triangle Kimbap.
I think imma pass out in this PC Bang now.
Bye.

Well...kind of. In christianity it is believed that Jesus was the son of God and in a way the same person. Whereas in Islam Allah means "the God", because there is only one and He is it. That being said, I am incredibly skeptical of it all.

Well I guess since it's about religion weird would be a good word for it.. :)
I think of religion as "self lobotomy".. and find it hard to believe an adult with a functioning brain really takes it seriously.. Just my opinion ... But I'm right.. ;)

I believe there is a higher power up there somewhere, but as far as religion goes, I don't believe in any of it.

I don't believe in fairy tales, so I obviously don't believe in religion as is.
Sheep are sheep though, and do what they are told from day one, and are controlled and manipulated by the unknown, fear, insecurity and uncertainty. Very sad.
Worst part is they all preach peace and love, but of course only the way they see it on their terms, otherwise it's evil.
Have no respect for all of these small minded sheep. No matter where they are from.
In America we have our own radical religious freaks who try to control the mind, just like anywhere else. They are dangerous and should frighten any clear minded person.
Scary people. Very scary.

I believe in God because I have seen him work miracles. Be careful or you will feel his vengeance.

So what about Evolution, you guys believe in that?

I didn't realize that the validity of evolution was in question.

Validity?
What are you talking about.
It was just a question. There's nothing invalid in a free for all forum.

I didn't realize that the validity of evolution was in question.President Bush said.. "The jury is still out on evolution".. (paraphrased)...
The former Canadian Prime Minister (the lady.. I forget at the moment) said no one would have a chance of a big office in Canada if they made such a way out statement like that..
It's funny when you hear politicians and others who are suppossed to have had some kind of education talk about theory.
They show right off they don't understand the meaning of the word theory in a scientific context.
First off, when you say Darwin's Theory of Evolution, it is not saying that evolution "is just a theory" but stating this is Darwin's explanation of how evolution works. It has been "refined" and improved on many fold over the decades. In science a theory also must put forth tests with the explanation supporting it such as most are familiar with for Einstein's theories, General and Special relativity. I'm sure you're aware of the tests that have been done and are being done on Einstein's work so I won't bother here.
When Einstein published his General Relativity people didn't say.. "Well, gravity is just a theory.." Well that's exactly what idiots seem to do with evolution which is scientific fact as basic as anything we know about the world. They apply their daily usage of the word theory to science which is wrong.. They really want to say hypothesis but of course that would not apply to evolution.
ACTUALLY, if you ask your local Nobel Prize winner in physics, they will let you know that we understand the workings of evolution better than we do those of gravity when you're talking beyond the basics of the "laws" of gravity.
Of course it took a long time for people to accept that the sun was at the center of our galaxy (team plug) or even for most to accept that the earth was round.. The proofs for those are easier to understand and show to the masses and it's rather hard to argue against them from the pulpit any longer as it would be harder for the church today to burn a man at the stake again for claiming there were planets around the other stars in the night sky.

I meant center of our solar system.. lol.. Though some would like to think we're at the center of the galaxy. (team plug). ;)

Reminds me of Bill Hicks' joke about Atheists.
"So I'm wondering... what do atheists yell when they're having sex? Is it, 'oh, chemical matter, chemical matter!... Fate and desitny, fate and destiny!... Big Bang!!"
:D
