Break into a grass tennis court get a friend and play football tennis, don't use the 2 serve boxes at the front only the back rectangle, and what you do is chip the ball over to your mate and u have got 2 touches one to keep it in the rectangle and anuva to play it into his rectangle. Once you're good enough play competively with your mate, it's a really really good game and helps your touch loads!

Play in socks too, so you don't fúck up the tennis court because if you do it in boots, the council or whoever own the courts will come over, kick your ass and get you done for criminal damage lol

Also you're going to want to work on receiving difficult passes. Find a friend who can play, go out to any old field, and have him pass to you, but every time he passes right to you on the ground tell him to put it in the air, or 20 feet to either side of you.

As for kicking touch, you can do this one by yourself. The way I do it is to pick a spot on the field, or a landmark (a baseball pitching shield, etc) and try to hit it over and over again in the same spot, from different places on the field. It really helps to have more than 2 or 3 footballs in this situation, so you don't end up wearing yourself out chasing bad kicks.

Lastly, work on putting backspin on aerial throug-balls. It's something that's underused by relatively skilled players. Too many passes get picked off on the ground. Picture it as golf, not football. Aim for a spot, and make it LAND there, not just roll there.

Just some ideas, good luck!

I like to take a ball and just play with it off a wall, alternating how i control it (inside of foot, laces, outside of foot, thigh, etch), and how i kick it (like a pass, like a shot, chipped, curving etc.) also you can work on one touch accuracy also, just pick a spot on the wall and try hit it one touch over and over again.

Try this site, http://www.wsyacy.com/coach/drills1.html#daily.

"Complete Seven Minute drill is more than 575 touches on the ball."

I haven't tried it but since you're working on touches, maybe you could have a go and let me know how it works out ;).

My friend dennis mueller made this hand out. Do not do sit-up do crunches instead bad for the back situps. You have to study it first.

Also juggle and play keep away with other players in a very small space. Pass and move.

i used to suck as far as touch went but i had a tryout in a month so i got in the woodshed and practiced every day of november juggling, throwing the ball up and trapping it just knocking it around by myself since i had no one else to play with and i came out a completely different player with alot more confidence on the ball and everything

Ah, so do you have any experience with it? Or know of others who have? If so, how'd it work out with them?
