Well, well.

Our first game of the season against Everton away, has made general sale. Now considering that only 3000 tickets went on sale, it doesn't bode well for the new stadium....

Anyway if anyone is interested the link below is to the Arsenal.com wesite telling you how to apply for the tickets.

How many tickets go normally on sale??

How about the rest? ... Would really like to know how the EPL champs manage their home games.

Thanx.

For Arsenal fans there was 3000 tickets. Normal away allocations. As for your query re the home matches. Each game there are 25,000 season ticket holders, 3000 tickets for away fans, 8000 tickets for Silver members and the remainder for VIP's and hospitality. If the Silver members dont sell there whole alloction then the tickets get offered to the lowest membership level which is Red membership. Hope this answers your question......

Thanx Rick.

If you don't mind ... how does for example, a tourist, get tickets for an Arsenal game?

Can someone buy them online? ... prior to travelling?

Ah jeez, the million doller question!!

The answer is no simply. All games at Highbury sell out, the tickets are only for members although there will be some on general sale. You certainly can't buy them online unless you go through a private company, who are no more than touts. Please bear inmind that this is illegal in England and you could end up not getting in the stadium. if you are going to London and do want to catch a match on the off chance, your best bet is to post here when you know the dates you are going. Either myself or Jeff or someone will try to help out.
