Pirelli does own Inter (or, to be more precise, the Agnelli family owns both). I'm not sure about Volkswagen and Wolfsburg.
Although, a number of companies that own teams don't choose to sponsor them themselves - for example, Fiat don't sponsor Juventus, nor does Canal + sponsor Paris Saint-Germain.
Parma is owned by the family that owns Parmalat for instance.

Isn't it the owners of Fiat that owns Juventus not the company itself. Phillips do own PSV and therefore they will definately have the longest kit sponsor. The name of the club is Phillips, the stadium is called Phillips and they use PSV in their current advertising campaign. A pretty strong link!!

It should be Leverkusen or PSV. Both of their team names came are from their parent companies.
The official name for Leverkusen is Bayer Leverkusen. They started off as a team for the workers at Bayer.
I also looked into the PSV official website. PSV stands for Philips Sports Club in Dutch. I looked at some of their old photos. Some of the older jersey have nothing on it. I guessed that the most teams did not have any sponsorship back then. Gullit who played in the mid-80's have the Philips logo on his jersey. The Philips logo went as far back as the 80's.
I also suspected that Carl Zeiss Jena (Germany)is probably owned by Carl Zeiss, an optical company.
