If anyone with great familiarty with La Liga knows, does La Liga have an incentive (bonus) system set up where if a team wins a game then it's players recieve a monetary bonus for winning? Or if they win a certain amount of games the players recieves bonuses?

If so, how does it work?

You're opening a can of worms with this question. Each team does what they want, some only have bonuses for big games, others for most games it all depends how much money there is in the coffers. The end of the season finds bonuses offered by other teams who are either in relegation danger or on the top looking for a title or a UEFA/CL slot. Team X is in third place and needs to finish second for an automatic CL slot in the CL league format. The second place team (Y) is playing a mid table team (Z). So team X offers team Z $$ for that added incentive to defeat team Y and if team X wins their match voila they are now in second place and team Y is in third. They call this arrangement the flight of the suitcases as many teams are posturing their own money for other teams and their representatives carry the bonuses in their suit cases!

Viva er beti manque lopera!
