If anyone with great familiarty with the Bundesliga knows, does the Bundesliga has a incentive (bonus) system set up where if a team wins a game then it's players recieve a monetary bonus for winning? Or if they win a certain amount of games the players recieves bonuses?
If so, how does it work?

its different from team to team ... the captain and some experienced usually negotiate the bonus system for the upcoming season with the board before a season starts. most players get cash for each draw or win. the big clubs usually have a tier system so for example you get 100% of the bonus when the team is in the top third of the table, 50% when its in the middle third and nothing when theyre in the bottom third. there´re of course also bonuses if the team wins a title, avoids relegation etc.

Is this different for all leagues: Bundesliga 1, Bundesliga 2, Regionalliga?

Yes, as I said, it pretty much depends on the team and what they agree on before a season. Financial problems have even led to some teams not paying any bonusses at all, like we did 2 years when we finished 2nd.
