Well here goes...my first post... I did a search in this forum and didn't find anything conclusive/in-depth so I decided to start a new thread in regards to my question.

Hi I'm wondering if anyone knows from experience if it is normal to go up 1/2 a size with the Zoom Air Total 90 IIs from their regular shoe/boot size or if they are true to size? I'm a size 7 US men's and I currently wear the size 7 Mercurial Vapors (finally giving up on these boots - great feel but no ankle support). The Vapors fit fine with a small Defeet ankle sock under my soccer socks (no ankle protection worn). Here are some questions I have:

- I'm told that the KNG-100 synthetic material is supposed to stretch like K-leather. Is this true?
- If the boot is a bit snug initially will it be comfortable after 3-4 matches?
- Do you have to really loosen all the laces to get the boot on? I usually only have to loosen the top 3 laces on my Vapors to get them on.

I ask because none of the soccer shops/sporting goods retail stores in my city carry this model anymore and thus I cannot try them on before ordering off the internet. No one on my team wears or has worn them and I haven't seen many other players wearing them. When I do they are wearing a much larger size anyways.

Anyways I want to order 4 pairs of the White/Black/Chilli/Red boots (SG model, 2 FG models, Screw-in Stud model) to take advantage of the bargains available.

Thanks for any help/advice you can give. Cheers.

I am a US 7.5 for puma but for AZT 2s I use 8, yes you need to order a half-size larger. however, i dont know if the vapors are the same size as the AZTs. I suggest you go to your local store and try fitting puma boots to know your size in puma and then add 1/2 to that size and that will be your AZT 2 size.

you can also go over the old AZT 2 and vapor threads in the Equipment folder and im sure you'll find your answer.

I normally wear a 9 in a Nike running shoe but I had to size up a half size for the AZT90II's and Vapors. A half size from your regular running shoe should do you fine.
